The New Beginnings Program is an 11-bed residential supported recovery program for adults who want to take the steps towards recovery from substance use and mental health challenges. Commonly known as the Green House, New Beginnings offers two programs for residents: the Withdrawal Management Program, a 30 day social detox program and the Crisis Stabilization Program.
Intakes are managed through Island Health’s Mental Health & Substance Use Team by calling (250) 902-6051.
Residents can also be referred by their primary health care provider.
