Womens Outreach
This program responds to the needs of women and children who have experienced, or are at risk of violence. An Outreach Worker will help women to identify what they need, and assist with transportation, childcare, and other supports so that women living in outlying communities have access to services. These services are community-specific and reflect our Society’s commitment to building a collaborative response network of women empowered through advocacy and education.
Our team offers community education to raise awareness about the effects of violence against women and the services needed to address it.
The Program is funded by the
Ministry of Public Safety & Solicitor General
