We would like you to know about your rights and responsibilities
for continued access to our services:
You have the right:
To express your views about decisions that affect
you, while participating in our programs.
To be treated with respect by North Island Crisis &
Counselling Centre Society staff.
To choose whether or not to participate in the program
or service and be informed about the pro’s and con’s of your decision.
To be respected for your culture and request that
your culture be considered in planning.
To invite family, legal guardians and or support
people to participate in decisions.
To make a complaint if you are not satisfied with
the service.
To complete or opt out of a survey of our services.
