We would like you to know about your rights and responsibilities for continued access to our services:
You have the right:

 To express your views about decisions that affect you, while participating in our programs.
 To be treated with respect by North Island Crisis & Counselling Centre Society staff.
 To choose whether or not to participate in the program or service and be informed about the pro’s and con’s of your decision.
 To be respected for your culture and request that your culture be considered in planning.
 To invite family, legal guardians and or support people to participate in decisions.
 To make a complaint if you are not satisfied with the service.
 To complete or opt out of a survey of our services.
